Prerequisites The provider receives one of the error messages below when they try to register a VCP Contacted Lab, Check Lab Status or file a Spectacle Lens claim using a VCP Contacted Lab in VisionWeb. 1. ?Due to technical reasons, we are unable to complete your request.
