Vision Source Removals
Procedure for Processing Requests on Essilor Partner Labs and Essilor Labs- Vision Source Accounts no Longer Vision Source Members 1. Marie Cortina?s sends an email to Customer Support to notify of an account that is no longer on Vision Source pricing 2. CS researches account numbers in CS Tool to find all related cbus with that specific VS account number. Use the phone number for searching to pull up all related results. 3. For Essilor labs, after confirming the user has the standard catalog enabled on the active cbu, CS disables the VS catalogs related to account number. For Essilor Partner Labs that use an Access Group for the VS products, create a case for Integrations to have the VS AG removed from the catalog for that account number. 4. Once the account changes are made, reply to Marie Cortinas?s email with a comment about the changes. If the account has already been disabled reply with ?Account/accounts have already been disabled.? If the customer does not have the account set up to disable, reply with, ?This customer is currently not using VW.? 5. Log a Call on the Account's in SF that you disabled the VS account for and note that this was disabled per Maria. 6. Forward email from Marie to Jeff Jarvis. *Note: If we receive phone calls on this, and the customer would like to know why they no longer have access to the VS catalog, have them contact their ELoA Rep.
