Vision Source Access Groups- Update from Cindy- List attached

Essilor labs all have a Vision Source catalog. Essilor Partner labs must be set up with the Vision Source products by using the Access Group feature in our CS tool. Therefore, all requests from Partner lab customers, must go to Integrations for adding. When Integrations receives our request to add account numbers to Access Group they retrieve the login/passwords and check each cbu to ensure the customer does not have the requested products. If the product is not there, they can then send the request to the DBAs to add the number(s) to the Access Group. Once they have notification from the DBAs the numbers are added, they then logs in and makes certain the product is now available before she sends it to us. One important point to remember is that if the user has a different Bill to number than the Ship to, Integrations needs to submit both numbers. It seems our system needs the Bill to number to make the product available, but Integrations does a lot of tracking
