Unity Lens Request- Ordering/manufacturing process

VSP requires Unity to be made at the DTech lab. VSP requires all orders to DTech to be processed electronically. They do not want to accept phone or fax orders, although they do but frown on it and try to get the labs set up to order electronically. Any lab can offer the product but it can only be made at the VSP DTech lab. If an order comes into a lab that cannot process Unity, the order is outsourced via VW or, if the lab is DVI, through DVI, to DTech. VSP wants the Unity products to be available to all ECPs through any lab but, it must be made at DTech. They may bring other VSP labs on to process Unity but, I haven?t heard that yet.
