Unable to Connect through Nassau247 Site
If the user receives the message, ""Transferring to Lab System," and the page doesn't load for VisionWeb, there is a work around depending on the browser. For Chrome, have the user click on the Script button on the top right of the address bar. Then have the user click on Load Unsafe Scripts (see attached screenshot). The VisionWeb page should then load. For IE, have the user click on "Show All Content" on the script message that appears. The VisionWeb page should then load. For FireFox, have the user click on the Lock button on the top left of the address bar, then the arrow beside where it says, "Secure Connection." Then have the user click on the button, "Disable protection for now" (see attached screenshots). Jeff is currently working with Vik from Nassau on this issue. Nassau made some SSL changes on there end which is causing this issue.
