Timing Out Message in Officemate

If user receives a timing out message in OfficeMate, ask the ECP if they are working on a cloud server. If so, then they will have to call OM to have them take care of that error. If they are not using a cloud server, have the user click the "Eyefinity" logo in the upper-right corner to open the Internet Explorer window. Click the gear symbol and choose Internet Options, then select the Privacy tab. Click the "Advanced" button and make sure the practice has the "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" and "Always Allow Session Cookies" boxes checked.
