Reported Issue: Unable to Give Patient Refund Tier II Investigation Notes: SF Case: 142486 OrgID: 200428 Domain: @trianglevisions Patient: PT14858 Invoice: IN7322 There is a patient write-off that is creating a credit that cannot be removed because of the closeout period feature preventing changes directly to an invoice. Solution: Generate a script to void the write-off (see attached).
