Ticket Title Format for Catalog Updates

Going forward, please use the following format for all catalog update ticket titles:

[Lab ID] – Catalog Update Request – [Specific Product or Products]

Example:

• 3933 – Catalog Update Request – Alpha Comfort

If you're submitting updates for multiple products, you can:

• List one key product and note there are others (e.g., “Alpha Comfort and others”), or
• Write “Multiple Products” if that makes more sense for the request.
