Ship to Other Option Unavailable for Contact Lens Orders via Revolution

Per Revolution, there are two options, Ship to Patient or Ship to Office. Those are defined by Visionweb (as two different URL's to use). There is not a Ship to Other available. We don't pass any ship-to information. If it's a Ship to Patient order the office must use the patient address associated with the patient information we have on file.
