After the account has been set up you will then need to add the account in CS Tools. 8. Find the account in CS Tools by using the username you created (rx119777) 9. Make sure to change the account to a standard user and only have the lens option checked. 10. Add the account to the CBU by going to Customer Business Unit in the Tools. 11. Make sure to select the RX Valueline SLOID 3191 12. Once account is set up and enabled go back to the original email from RX Valueline and reply all and the body of the email should look like this Hello, The request below is complete.
