Revolution, OfficeMate & Crystal EHR Back Button issue

User called because she received an error message that said she needed to try her "back button" to resolve it. It turned out that the user had entered special charactors in the patients name in Revolution, Officemate & Crystal. After removing the special charactors, the order went through with no problems. Update 5/31/2019: Please make sure there are no special characters in the order in Revolution & Officemate.
