Resending Lab Orders

If a lab calls and says they are not receiving orders due to their system being down, we can fax a few orders to them. If they have more than a few orders, and aren't sure when they will be back up, we need to send a request to Integrations and have them set up so the lab can retrieve their orders if they are not already set up for that.
