Redo Function on Rx Order

On Redo orders, an ECP can edit the Special Instructions only when selecting the Redo Type of "Doctor" or "Non-Adapt." If the Redo Type of "Warranty" or "Lab Error" is selected, the Special Instructions field will be grayed out, and the ECP will not be able to edit it. *Only some labs have the Redo function available. Redo orders are not supposed to be billed again due to a Dr's Remake, Warranty, Lab Error, or patient Non-Adapt.
