To create a log in for an employee, log into www.visionweb.com as the Admin user, click on User Accounts, then click on the Add New User button. This page allows you to add or modify user accounts. To add a user, begin by entering the user's first and last names. For administrative users, an email address is required. Enter the user's phone number, their chosen username and password, and re-type the password to confirm. Note that the username must each contain between 4 and 20 characters, letters ,numbers, periods, commas, and/or underscores only, and password must be between 6 and 36 characters - no special characters allowed. If desired, enter a password security question and answer. In the event the user ever forgets the password, they will be prompted to answer this question in order to receive their password from VisionWeb. Note that the password security answer must be entered EXACTLY as it is entered here for VisionWeb to validate the user's identity and provide the password. Select whether this is an administrative or standard user, and indicated whether the user account is enabled. You may also select a default page to appear at login for this user. Select which product categories this user will have access to. Then, you may select the supplier accounts from the list of available suppliers to which this user will have access. To do so, select the supplier account on the left, then click the arrow to allow access for this user. You may allow access to all supplier accounts by clicking on the box below the supplier list. To clear the list and start over, click the "Clear All Suppliers" box Finally, click "Update/Apply Changes" to save the information to your account. Use the back button at the lower left to return to the previous screen.
