Procedure to Add Salesforce to Outlook

1. Close Outlook 2. Click your name in the upper right corner of Salesforce a. Choose Setup 3. In the left menu choose Desktop Integration a. Then Salesforce for Outlook 4. Click Download button on main screen 5. Run setup program and follow prompts. 6. Right click Salesforce for Outlook icon in your system tray (bottom right corner of windows) and choose settings. 7. Sync Method = Automatic 8. Do not include private events 9. Save 10. Open Outlook 11. Verify send email to Salesforce button is there.
