Procedure for Lab Closing or Lab Removal from VW

When we receive notice that a lab is closing, email integrationsupport@visionweb.com, marketing@visionweb.com, and accounting@visionweb.com with the name of the lab and sloid in the subject line: 1. Inform them that Customer Service will disable the necessary accounts and update Salesforce. 2. Request that Marketing remove the lab from the connected supplier list. 3.After you have sent the email, add a note to the account in SalesForce explaining that the lab is closing/has requested to be removed as a supplier. The title of the note should indicate that the lab is closing/being removed and include the date. 4. Disable all active accounts for the supplier in the CS Tool. If the lab has a very large number of accounts, this can be done by Integrations. 5. Edit all the accounts opportunities in SF and change stage from "Closed Won" to "Closed Lost". 6. Delete the supplier from Customer Service Contacts.
