Procedure for Dropship Account Requests An ECP can send a send a request on VisionWeb.com to add a Drop Ship account (the ECP cannot add a dropshop for Luxottica or Marchon). We can see that a request has been sent under Customer Request ? Drop Ship Account Activation on the CS Tool. Follow the steps below to set this up: 1. Click on Drop Ship Account Activation on the CS Tool to view the dropship request. 2. Click on the Request information to obtain the cbu 3. Use the cbu to search for the request under CBU/Dropship 4. Click on the Reference Number on the dropship that does not yet show a status. The lab information will appear here on the Dropship Account. 5. Send an email using the Dropship Request Template with this lab information to the frame supplier 6. Once the dropship request is approved via email, you can add the dropship account under Customer Business Unit on the CS Tool ? Add New Dropship Account *Note: make sure you enter in the Account Number for the dropship account number the frame supplier has in their system for that account 7. Once the dropship account has been added and enabled on the cbu, delete the request on the Dropship Account Activation on the Home page of the CS Tool
