Procedure for 3M Account Requests

3M Account Procedures You will receive an email from Nathan or Jennifer with the information for the account to be set up or disabled. Nathan usually tries to provide the username and contact information. He will also provide which catalog it should be on 3M Collection ( SLOID 5421) or 3M Safety Collection (SLOID 5426). 2. If the username is not provided in the email take the shipping account number and look it up in CS Tools under CBU billing/shipping to find the correct CBU to add the accounts on. 3. Add the account to the CBU by going to Customer Business Unit in the Tools. 4. Once account is set up and enabled go back to the original email and reply all and the body of the email should look like this Nathan, This request is complete. When disabling an account for 3M you can go to CBU billing/shipping and look up by the billing/ shipping account number 3M provided and disable it from there by selecting the light bulb and disabling it. 2. Once the account(s) are disabled go back to original email and reply all with Nathan, This request is complete. Please let me know if you have any questions.
