Printing Frame Information on Order Status Page for the Varilux S 4D Lens

Some ECP's are not able to get the frame information to print on the order summary page when ordering the Varilux S 4D lenses. Please follow the steps below to have this information print: The issue is the printer settings. Depending on the margin size and if the header and footer are turned on or off should help the customer with a quick fix. Here are the following steps: 1. On IE ? Click on the Order Details page 2. Right click and select ?Print Preview? 3. Once the print preview page displays, click on ?Page Setup? icon, the (circle) at the top 4. Currently, my margins were set at 0.75. For all 4 fields, I changed my margin size to 0.25 5. Then click ?Ok? 6. Then click on the ?Turn headers and footers on or off? icon at the top 7. Turn them off 8. Then click the ?Print? button This should solve the frame information not printing issue. However, a down side to this work around is the changes do not automatically save. The customer will have to make the changes again each time they print the order details.
