Phone/Fax Orders in Officemate

ECPs can check order status on phone/fax orders on VW.com by clicking on the order status ex. finishing, surfacing, etc for that patient and order. This does not work when trying to view the order status on phone/fax orders in Officemate. The user will receive an error message, "an error occurred...you may click here to return to the main site."
