Order Status Stuck as Sent or Sending

If we receive a call regarding an order that is stuck as Sending the order or Sent in your subject line for your case please put: -"Order Not Sent - REQUEUE" if the ECP is still needing the order sent to the lab. -"Order Not Sent - DO NOT REQUEUE" if the ECP is not wanting the order sent but wants to know why it got stuck or didn't go through.
