Officemate Closes After Sending Order
If a user is getting Error 24891 after sending an order through Officemate, here are the steps for the practice to resolve (taken from https://eyefinitycommunities.force.com/knowledgeinfo/s/article/Error-24891-Submitting-VisionWeb-Orders): Note: If you are using OfficeMate on a terminal or hosted server, complete the instructions below on the terminal/hosted server. 1. On a computer experiencing VisionWeb issues (or on your terminal/hosted server), save your work and close OfficeMate. 2. Download the Eyefinity OfficeMate VisionWeb HTTPS Login Fix Tool (https://s3.amazonaws.com/omjira/JiraTxOMRTB_101/VisionWeb_HTTPS_Fix.exe) and save it to the OfficeMate Updates folder on your network. If you don't have an OfficeMate Updates folder on your network, create one now. 3. On the computer experiencing VisionWeb issues or on your terminal/hosted server (from step 1), navigate to your OfficeMate Updates folder on your network. If your download folder has a different name, navigate to that folder. 4. Double-click VisionWeb_HTTP_Fix. The Open File - Security Warning window opens. 5. Click Run. A command prompt window opens and the message, "Finished Updating VisionWeb.ini," is displayed. 6. Press any key to close the window. 7. Reopen OfficeMate and resume your VisionWeb order. 8. Complete steps 1-7 on each computer experiencing VisionWeb issues, unless you are using OfficeMate on a terminal/hosted server.
