OC Height

For single vision lens orders the Seg. Height field automatically populates with half of the B box measurement which is also the OC height. Some labs have this feature turned off and some on depending on the lab. If a lab calls wanting this feature turned off so they don't receive the OC Height on SV orders you can create a case and send to Integrations to assist. In reuse orders, if you change B, it will not automatically change OC. You have to manually change and make sure OC is correct before submitting the order. *If an ecp manually puts the OC height in the seg height field for the labs who don't automatically receive the OC from us then the lab won't catch it because a seg height isn't required for single vision orders. They can put this information in special instructions.
