New Supplier Requests

When we receive a call from a supplier that is interested in becoming a connected supplier with VW, create a Lead in SF (if one is not already created) then Create a Case on the VisionWeb Integrations Support account using the Integration Support (NEW CONNECTION): SUPPLIER opportunity and assign it to Integrations. Please include: - Name of caller, business name, and contact info - Type of LMS the lab is using, if any - Whether they are a wholesale lab - Estimated order volume, if possible For now, we need to give the supplier a time frame to receive a call back of approximately 7 business days. If the Lab calls back, you can add comments to the case instead of creating a new one.
