New Ordering Features - 2nd Pair, Redo, Additional Info

This page will give you a step by step guide on how to use each new function. http://info.visionweb.com/twincity#Redo The current labs that contain all of the ordering enhancements such as the 2nd Pair, Redo, Additional Info with Balance Lens, Equithinning, Rush, etc., are WOS, Bartley, Kosh, Optical Supply, and Twin City Optical, Minneapolis, Precision Optics and Custom Eyes (Sauk Rapids), as well as DBL Labs which are Essilor labs. UPDATE: 5/8/19 Added Meridian Optical - Phoenix and Southern Optical - Nashville. UPDATE 2/2/18****Redo option isn't available for WOS, Bartley, Kosh, Optical Supply, and Twin City Optical/Minneapolis due to Essilor never finished the project. Update 11/14/18: ***The Redo option is available still but the lab doesn't receive it as a Redo. Jenifer/Integration advises phoning in Redo orders.**** I've asked Integration if we can remove the Redo option. The ordering enhancements, Dispenser Notes and Additional Info button, are available for all labs. The Reuse, Redo, and 2nd Pair buttons will not be available with the partial integrations; they will only be available on VW.com.
