MCB/VCP/Humana Technical Issue
If user is receiving a message, "this link is broken," "this page cannot be found," etc when trying to create a Vision Pass through MyCompBenefits and VW this could be due to the password on MCB being changed or any other practice information being changed on the site. If the ECP was able to place orders before any changes were made and are no longer able to since the changes were made, then most likely the link between MCB and VW was broken, and the ECP would have to re-register their lab. If the ECP is unable to re -register the lab or is able to and it's still not working, send a request to VCP for a Humana Technical Issue.
