Luxottica Validations
Luxottica Procedures: UPDATE 9/20/18: Luxottica is NO longer an active lab. 1. Go to documents on your computer and select LuxAccounts in the computer section on the right. 2. Select accounts and then the spreadsheet will load with accounts that Luxottica has sent us to verify and approve the validation for. 3. Make sure account is not already set up on CBU. 4. If account is not set up look for it on spread sheet. (ctrl F will help you find the account easier) 5. If account is on spreadsheet make sure to put 00 in front of the Luxottica account number in the account number field on the Validation Request that starts with 210 and put the note ?matched to Lux spreadsheet and approved? with date and your initials. 6. If the account is not on the spreadsheet note ?cannot validate, account information not on Lux spreadsheet.? 7. If the account has a different Bill/Ship to account number-Decline that is a Dropship account, which are set up automatically
