Integration Requests

Please make certain that each time you receive a request for a catalog update, you must review the catalog, with the users log in, yourself to ensure that you see what is missing and it is NOT an rx range issue. Do not use one our logins to do this as you must see what the user is seeing. Also, on all VCP requests, if at all possible, please conduct a go to meeting with the user and capture a screenshot of what is missing. This will help Kelly determine exactly what to do with the request. Also, be certain that you are providing order numbers with screenshots on product issues. It is our responsibility to research these before we send them over to integrations. Remember! you can Google product ranges??
