Independent labs can make catalog changes/updates by using the following: Website: www.visionweb.com /customerservice Username: is typically the lab name and sloid ex. green5147 Password: is typically the sloid then lab name ex. 5147green This login info is given by Integrations. The lab will also have a test account on VW.com to view their catalog and to see what their customers see. The username and password will be the same as above.
