How to Make a Conference Call Warm transfers are considered to be conference calls, where the agent is announcing the person calling to the person you are transferring him/her to. You can have up to 6 active lines on a conference call. 1. Select a line and dial the first number 2. Select another line and dial the second number (this automatically puts the first line on hold) 3. Once you reach the second person you are calling select ?More? on your phone, then select ?Conference All.? Each person on each line should now be able to hear each other. You can now announce the second person on the line. 4. To drop off the call, but still have the other 2 callers on the line, simply hang up and the other two callers will remain connected
