How to determine server information for troubleshooting

Have the user go to web address bar, verify they are trying to get to www.visionweb.com. Have them remove anything after the .com and then add "/servername.htm". They press enter from here to retrieve the server number. Next they remove the "/servername.htm" and add "/test.jsp". Once again they press enter to retrieve server information. submitted by Shannon
