Effective 8-27-13 refer EyeMed inquiries to Mike Bonacci Per Jeff Jarvis....VisionWeb is doing back end integrations on EyeMed's website. We are unable to view the orders in our CS Tool. If a lab calls with questions regarding an order we will need to send Integration an email to look up the order.
