Error Message Through Revolution
If user receives error message, "error occurred, please try again later," when trying to place an order through Revolution, check to see if there is a nickname in the Nickname field in Revolution. If there is, remove, that and the order should go through to VW.
If user gets message stating "Your session has timed out", check to make sure 3rd party cookies are enabled. If the user is on a Mac, make sure they disable both the "Prevent Cross Site Tracking" and "Block all cookies" options.
