Error for Power Ranges

Even though the lab may manufacture the extended power ranges, Essilor and Independent labs determine what power range is available through VisionWeb connections due to the fact that many of the labs may have questions about the extraordinary rx?s that are ordered. The error message below reflects the limitation on the power that can be placed on our site. "Lens is not available in this power range. Please contact your lab." If the ECP receives this error message, refer them to the lab to possibly place the order over the phone if they are able to make the lenses within that power range. If the Rx/lens design seems like it should be available, create a case for Integrations to confirm the parameters.
