Encompass PM Inquiries
Regarding Eyefinity PM Encompass
We have been told that the integration is in place with Encompass, but we have yet to see anyone sending orders. We do know that users are being told they have to load their own product in the tables. We know this because there are offices in the Keplr group that are using it.
While we work through the uncertainty with this connection, we want to collect whatever information we can about the customers that might be moving in that direction. Here is the mock up of a ticket that would be created:

Try to get the proper contact information for the customer as well as identify their CBU and username on our side.
