Email Address for Suppliers Requesting Catalog Updates

Email Address: catalogsupport@visionwe.com This is only used for labs requesting catalog updates. Once Integrations receives an email from a supplier, they will create a case and send a response to the supplier that a case was created and provide them with a case number. If we receive a call from a lab requesting a catalog update, we can continue to create cases for this and provide them with the email address for future requests. They have the option to either call CS or send an email to Integrations.
