Duplicate Orders On VW Order Status

If there is an order showing twice on VW Order status with the same invoice number, this could be due to 2 exact same account numbers set up on the cbu, one enabled and one disabled. It is believed in this case the supplier is sending 2 responses to VW and we are displaying both. It is recommended to delete the disabled account on the cbu.
