Disabling EyeMed Accounts

If an ECP calls requesting an Eyemed catalog account to be disabled, you can explain there is an option on the Exclaim portal (which is part of the Eyemed site) where the ECP can show or hide an account. This is the best way to disable an account. You can also send an email to Mike since he would have to disable it in the Eyemed environment.
