Diamond Requests for Uprise

If we receive a Diamond request or a phone call from the lab regarding an incorrect Uprise account number, please disable the incorrect account number in the Customer Service Tool and create a case under the ECP Uprise Opportunity. Be sure to include the correct account number in the case.
