Deleted Supplier Accounts
If a ECP is unable to view a supplier account on the Supplier list page on VW.com, check login/billing/shipping on the CS Tool. If the account is not showing up there, then that means the account was deleted. If it was deleted it would still show up under cbu/billing/shipping on the CS Tool with the status of disabled. You can re-add the supplier account to the cbu and enable it. This will allow for the supplier to show up on the Suppliers list on their VW account and to see previous orders even though the account was deleted.
