Delete Duplicate Contact Lenses from EHR refraction dropdown

Customer is seeing duplicate Biofinity (D) - Multifocal Toric and Biofinity (N) - Multifocal Toric in the product dropdown in the exam refraction. The duplicates only show up if you do not select a CL type. When you select the first Biofinity (D) - Multifocal Toric on the list it populates the CL type as soft multifocal (which is incorrect) and you are unable to use the dropdowns to select the sphere. When you choose the second Biofinity (D) - Multifocal Toric it will populate the CL types as soft multifocal toric (correct) and you can select the sphere. (see screenshots)
