Continuous Spinning Wheel Issue on Order Status
If the user is receiving a continuous spinning wheel when clicking on Order Status, and the results do not display, that means there is special character on one of the orders. The special character needs to be removed either by the customer (if the customer knows which order it is, they can pull up that particular order) or QA will need to remove it. The special character on the order form is prohibiting the results from displaying on Order Status.
