Catalog Requests from Labs

Process for Catalog Requests from Essilor Labs: Essilor labs should be contacting the Essilor Marketing Team to request any updates as part of their own procedure. Please direct them to the email address, matthew.jackson@essilorusa.com. Process for Catalog Requests from Non-Essilor Labs: If a non-Essilor lab (independent lab or EPL lab) calls in to request a catalog change, you can create a case and provide them with the email address, catalogsupport@visionweb.com for future requests.Once Integrations receives an email from a supplier, they will create a case and send a response to the supplier that a case was created and provide them with a case number. The lab has the option to either call CS or send an email to Integrations. If a lab calls requesting an update on an existing case, you can still provide them with the status. If there are no case comments or status update, please let Tracy or Shannon know.
