Business Associates Agreements Inquiries (BAA's)

If we receive an inquiry on the BAA where the ECP needs to have a copy for their office, we refer them to the BAA on our home page. If they need to send one in, then it goes to Jim Schutte. We can task Jim in SF to send the request. As a company policy, VisionWeb provides our BAA, which covers all of the requirements as specified by HIPAA regulations, to all of our accounts through our website (www.visionweb.com). This ensures consistency with all of our multiple accounts. Signing one-off, submitted BAAs from our accounts can put VisionWeb at potential risk.
