Bulk Import - Standard Contact Lens - drop downs load inconsistently
This can affect all Orgs. Reported Issue: Unable to bulk import standard contact lenses Tier II Investigation Notes: SF Case: 143301 OrgID: 200393 Domain: @optikpdx When bulk importing, the selections for Lens Type and Manufacturer are not consistently populating with available options. When clearing the selection and re-selecting the same options, the fields will populate with values. The issue is inconsistent and reproducible in multiple orgs. The main issue is clients can run into this issue without any sign of background loading which leads them to believe there is a problem with the software that is not readily apparent. It would seem as though the lookup queries for Lens Type and related Manufacturers can take upwards of a minute or more to complete without a sign to the UI that any loading is taking place. Expected Result: When clicking on drop down fields in Bulk Import, the fields are populated with values to select from. Actual Result: The drop downs are inconsistently loading values. Workaround: Continue to clear selection and retry the drop downs Steps to reproduce: Click Admin -> Catalogs If Org is multi location, change location to "Organization" Change Category to "Standard Contact Lenses" Click the "Bulk Import" button From the import screen, select a Lens type then a manufacturer These options do not consistently load. If it loads on the first attempt, clear selection and repeat. Occasionally the "Lens Type" drop down will not populate options Occasionally the "Manufacturer" drop down will not populate options
