Archived Order Status- Phone/fax orders

Phone/ Fax order status does not have any order data therefore there is nothing to archive. If a user asks about this, tell them that archiving the status for Phone/Fax orders simply deletes the status message from our site. 6-5-13 **ECP is unable to archive these orders if Order Status says waiting for frame. We will need to create a case for Dev Support so they can archive it for ecp.
