Add Product - Screen and drop downs fail to load
This can affect multiple Orgs - Issue is intermittent Reported Issue: Unable to use add product to import standard contact lenses Tier II Investigation Notes: SF Case: 143171 OrgID: 200500 Domain: @vinevision New orgs are experiencing an issue when adding products (specifically adding contacts) where the drop down options do not load based on previous selections. After selecting a product, often the "Unit/Packs" and "Rev/Diag" will remain grayed out after a series is chosen. This will occur with multiple products across different orgs. It would seem as though the frequency of this issue increases during peak hours. While testing another issue arose where the entire add product screen would fail to load entirely (tested on 6/27/22). The screen would load up to the "Add By Barcode" field, but the close button in the top right would be missing and no other fields are present. This was experienced in multiple orgs as well. Expected Results: Drop down selections will populate based on prior options Actual Results: Drop down selections remain grayed out when there should be options available or in some cases the entire screen will fail to load properly. Steps to Reproduce: 1. login to @vinevision 2. Click "Admin" 3. Click "Catalogs" 4. Select: Catalog: "Org: Vine Vision" >Category::Standard Contact Lenses: 5. Click "Add Product" a. This is where the screen would fail in some cases 6. Select Options: a. Lens Type > Soft Spheric b. Manufacturer > Alcon c. Series > Freshlook Colorblends At this point the Unit/Pack will fail to load and remain grayed out in some cases. In other attempts this would load, but the Rev/Diag would fail.
