Accounting Calls What to keep in mind: There are two types of callers we would transfer to Accounting (Angie Smith): 1. A Lab that has a billing inquiry (if they are a connected supplier with VW) 2. An ECP that has a billing inquiry in regards to Insurance Services Examples of Calls: Examples of billing inquiries for Accounting: 1. Need a copy of an invoice or credit memo 2. Need to update their payment info 3. Need the balance on an account 4. Charge discrepancy Examples of billing inquiries NOT for Accounting: 1. An ECP asking about an over-charge for a job - lab 2. An ECP asking about an invoice for ordering - lab 3. An ECP wants to cancel their insurance services ? Insurance All other Insurance calls would go to the Insurance team. If Angie is not available to take a call, we need to create a Task in SalesForce on the ECP or Lab account, and assign it to Angie.
