Account Address Changes
If a customer contacts us about an address change or modification, we should NOT ask them to resubmit their supplier account numbers. Please make certain you verify enough information to confirm the changes, remind them to reach out to their suppliers, and then change their addresson their CBU Location and all of their accounts. Asking them to resubmit the account numbers is work they do not need to do. It is much quicker if we make the changes for them. Think about it, they would not be able to order until the new account is validated. So we lose orders and could possible lose the account because they get out of the habit of using our web site.
