ABB orders not received by supplier
In the case of a caller who says ABB has not received an order from us but our system shows the job has been received please do the following. 1. call ABB and find out from Makiba if they have received the order ( keep in mind, if ABB has an account on hold, they do not receieve our order) . Once you clarify whether or not the account was on hold, you can then discuss whether you or ABB should return the call the to customer to request that they re place the order. Also, keep in mind that we converted the ODG accounts to ABB in December 2013 so there could be account number issues that are causing an issue with the order.
